Cancellation Policy

We take great care to ensure that all our products and services are of the highest quality. However, in the rare event that a product or service is found to be unsatisfactory, we encourage customers to contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product or service by emailing us at or by phone at 18339356377. Our team will assess the situation and provide appropriate assistance, which may include a replacement or credit, at our discretion.


Same-day appointment fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason once the customer has received the service or product. All bookings are final and cannot be refunded. Once an order for a service or product has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or disputed for any reason, including but not limited to defects, quality issues, or dissatisfaction with the service or product. Once a booking has been made and confirmed, the customer agrees to pay the full amount of the booking even if the booking is later canceled.

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation or dispute requests and any associated refunds or replacements. By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by this cancellation policy and accepts full responsibility for the purchase. In the event that a cancellation or dispute request is made despite this policy, we will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the customer.


We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such a cancellation, we will provide the customer with a full refund.

By making a booking with us, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions and acknowledges that they will be held responsible for any charges resulting from a cancellation.

Palm Springs Wellness uses electronic forms that require users to give contact information including but not limited to patient or client name, address, and phone number. The contact information provided through the registration form is used only for appointment scheduling, and to send material relating to the medical or coaching consultation for which it was collected and will not be sold to a third party or redistributed.

We value your privacy and want to ensure that you have control over the communication you receive from us. We may respond to your phone call by text message, but if you prefer not to receive a response to your phone call by text message from us, please text "STOP" to opt out of getting a text message response and our team will use other means to communicate with you. You also have the option not to check the box to receive SMS text when booking service to avoid receiving a text message reminder about your appointment. 

During your call with our wellness team members, you may also let them know that you wish to opt out of receiving text messages. Our team will update your preferences and make sure you are no longer included in our text message notifications. Your choice is important to us, and we respect your decision to manage your communication preferences. If you change your mind in the future and want to receive text messages again, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Palm Springs Wellness will only use personal information collected through this website for communication back to individuals who contact us through the website, or by phone.
