We take great care to ensure that all our products and services are of the highest quality. Our team will assess the situation and provide appropriate assistance, which may include a replacement or credit, at our discretion. Same-day appointment fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason once the customer has received the service or product. All bookings are final and cannot be refunded. Once an order for a service or product has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or disputed for any reason, including but not limited to defects, quality issues, or dissatisfaction with the service or product. Once a booking has been made and confirmed, the customer agrees to pay the full amount of the booking even if the booking is later canceled. We reserve the right to refuse cancellation or dispute requests and any associated refunds or replacements. By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by this cancellation policy and accepts full responsibility for the purchase. In the event that a cancellation or dispute request is made despite this policy, we will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the customer. We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such a cancellation, we will provide the customer with a full refund.
